Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2025 and Notice of 2025
Annual General Meeting

Norcros is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 and the 2025 Notice of Annual
General Meeting.

Norcros announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2025 on
12 June 2025.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will
both be available on the Company's website by accessing: www.norcros.com

The 2025 AGM will be held at 11.00am on 23 July 2025 at Addleshaw Goddard LLP,
60 Chiswell St, London EC1Y 4AG.

Copies of these documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
