Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2015 and Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting.
Norcros plc ("Norcros" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 and the 2015 Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Norcros announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2015 on 18 June 2015.
The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website by accessing: www.norcros.com
The 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on 22 July 2015 at Mottram Hall, Wilmslow Road, Mottram St Andrew, Cheshire SK10 4QT.
