Block Listing Application
Norcros plc announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 15,000,000 ordinary shares of one pence each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Norcros plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2007 and the Norcros plc Performance Share Plan 2011.
On exercise these shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 9 February 2015.
