Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of the following
share dealings by James Eyre, Chief Financial Officer, by way of the exercise
of options granted in July 2022 under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the
"DBP") over ordinary shares of ten pence each in the Company ("Shares").
