Norcros plc, the market leading supplier of innovative branded showers, tiles, adhesives, and bathroom accessories announces that Shaun Smith, Group Finance Director of the Company, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Air Partner plc with effect from 1 May 2016, where he will also join the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee (which he will chair from 29 June 2016).
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
