Norcros plc, the market leading supplier of innovative branded showers, taps, bathroom accessories, tiles and adhesives, announces that Martin Towers, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed with effect from today as Chairman designate of Tyman plc, where he is already a non-executive director. Mr Towers will become Chairman of Tyman plc following its AGM, expected to be held in May 2017.
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
