Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 19 September 2014 that on the same day, Martin Towers, Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company, purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Norcros at a price of 16.22p each. This purchase was made via his investment account administered by Hargreaves Lansdown.
Martin Towers' beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 963,635 ordinary shares of 1p each.
