The Company was notified on 6 August 2015 that on the same day, Martin Towers, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, purchased 125,000 shares of 1p each in Norcros ("Norcros Shares") at a price of 19.935p each. This purchase was made via his investment account administered by Hargreaves Lansdown.
Martin Tower's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 1,339,208 Norcros Shares.
