Director Dealings - APSP Share Option exercises
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of the following
share dealings by Thomas Willcocks, Chief Executive Officer and James Eyre,
Chief Financial Officer, by way of the exercise of nil-cost share options
granted in November 2020 under the Company's Approved Performance Share Plan
(the "APSP") over ordinary shares of ten pence each in the Company ("Shares").
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market
Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), provides further details.
