Norcros announces that the Company has been notified of the following
sharedealing for Steve Good, Non-Executive Director and Board Chair
(Designate).

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market

The dealing is the purchase on 10 July 2023 of 30,000 10p ordinary shares in
the Company ("Shares") at a price of 163.3p by Mr Good.  The aggregate
