Norcros announces that the Company has been notified of the following
sharedealings for Steve Good, Non-Executive Director and Board Chair.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market
Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), provides further details.

The dealings are the purchase by Mr Good on 10 August 2023 of 15,000 10p
ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 150.75 pence, and on
11 August 2023 of a further 15,000 Shares at a price of 150.125 pence.  The
aggregate numbers of Shares in which Mr Good is interested before and after
these sharedealings are as follows:
