The Company was notified on 2 March 2015 that on the same day Nick Kelsall, the Group Chief Executive, exercised options over 89,108 1p ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") under the Norcros plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (2007), at an option price of 10.1p and retained the resulting Shares.
Following this acquisition, Nick Kelsall is interested in 7,954,251 Shares in total.
