Directorate Changes

Norcros plc, a market leading supplier of high quality and innovative bathroom
and kitchen products announces the appointment with effect from 8 December
2021 of Gary Kennedy as a Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Board
Chair.

Gary Kennedy is currently Non-Executive Board Chair at Greencore Group plc,
where he will assume the role of executive chair from 31 March 2022 whilst
leading the process to appoint a new CEO. It is intended that Gary will step
down from the Greencore Group plc board in due course and in any event by no
later than the AGM in January 2023.

Gary Kennedy has previously served as chair of Connect Group plc and Green
REIT plc.  He also served on the board of Elan plc, Allied Irish Bank plc,
Friends First Holdings Ltd and IDA Ireland and was a government-appointed
director of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation.

David McKeith, Acting Board Chair of Norcros plc, commented:

process for his proven business leadership credentials and broad range of
