Directors' Dealings - APSP Share Option exercises and subsequent share transfers
Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of the following sharedealings by the Executive Directors of the Company by way of the exercise of nil-cost share options under the Company's Approved Performance Share Plan (the "APSP") over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Shares").

The Executive Directors then sold Shares in order to satisfy the tax liabilities arising on the option exercises (Nick Kelsall 1,169,479 Shares and Martin Payne 809,639 Shares).
Nick Kelsall also sold 1,318,774 Shares and Martin Payne sold 458,122 Shares.
All the above Share sales were at a price of 19.5p
Martin Payne also transferred for nil consideration 454,875 Shares to his spouse.
All of the sharedealings took place on 29 July 2015.
