Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of the following sharedealings by Nick Kelsall, Group Chief Executive of the Company, by way of the exercise of nil-cost share options under the Company's Approved Performance Share Plan (the "APSP") and Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP") over ordinary shares of ten pence each in the Company ("Shares"), and the subsequent sale of those Shares.
