Directors' Dealings - Acquisition of shares pursuant to Capital Raising 
Sharedealing Information
Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of the following sharedealings by the Directors of the Company. These sharedealings are the acquisition of new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") by each Director pursuant to the Open Offer (with excess application facility) announced by the Company on 2 November 2017 and which took effect today.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), provide further details.
