Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of the following share dealings by Nick Kelsall, Chief Executive Officer and Shaun Smith, Chief Financial Officer by way of the exercise under the Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP") of options over ordinary shares of ten pence each in the Company ("Shares").
