Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 1 March 2024 that on the same day James Eyre,
Chief Financial Officer, exercised options over 10,975 10p ordinary shares in
the Company ("Shares") under the Norcros plc Savings Related Share Option
Scheme, at an option price of 164.0p and retained the resulting Shares.
