Norcros announces that the Company has been notified of the following
sharedealings for Stefan Allanson, Non-Executive Director.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market
Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), provides further details.

The dealings are the purchase by Mr Allanson on 5 February 2025 of 10,158 10p
ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 235 pence per Share.
