Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of the following
share dealing for Steve Good, Chair and Non-Executive Director.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market
Abuse Regulation ("MAR"), provides further details.

The dealing is the purchase by Mr Good on 20 November 2025 of 20,000 10p
ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 304 pence per Share.
