Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 2 March 2026 that on the same day Thomas
Willcocks, Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 11,180 10p ordinary
shares in the Company ("Shares") under the Norcros plc Savings Related Share
Option Scheme, at an option price of 161.0p and retained the resulting Shares.
