Senior Management Appointment

Norcros plc, a market leading supplier of high quality and innovative bathroom
and kitchen products announces the appointment from 24 January 2022 of Chris
Mulligan as Director of Corporate Development and Strategy.  This appointment
fills the vacancy created by James Eyre's promotion to the Group CFO role.
Chris will be based in Wilmslow, Cheshire and he will report to Norcros CEO,
Nick Kelsall.

Chris has been successful in leadership roles in global organisations
including Atkins, PA Consulting Group and SLR Consulting. His key skills are
in developing and implementing corporate strategy; M&A sourcing,
transactions and integration; business development and leading delivery of
strategic initiatives including digital transformation, ESG and sales
improvement.

Nick Kelsall, Chief Executive Officer, said "I am delighted that Chris has
joined Norcros as Director of Corporate Development and Strategy.  The focus
of the role will be to progress the Company's successful growth strategy,
focussing on business development and acquisitions. His broad range of skills
