Voting Rights and Capital
As at 31 March 2015, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 597,064,867 Ordinary Shares of one pence each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in matters at general meetings of the Company. This figure (597,064,867) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Norcros under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
