UK's Norcros bottoms small-cap index on lacklustre S.African unit's revenue

** Shares of Norcros Plc  NXR.L  down 4.1% at 169.5p, top
pct loser on London's small-cap  .FTSC  index  
    ** The kitchen and bathroom products maker logs a nearly 11%
fall in 13-week rev from South Africa business due to severe
electricity supply disruptions in April and May 
    ** Co keeps annual expectations unchanged despite 2.1% rise
in group rev for the 13-week period ended July 2 
    ** Up to last close, stock down 6% so far this year
