Directorate Change - Appointment of CFO

 

NATS Holdings Limited ("NATS") today announces that Gary Franklin has been
appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").

 

Effective 1 January 2026, Gary will succeed Alistair Borthwick, whose
resignation was announced in July. Gary joined NATS in 2007. He has extensive
experience in the finance, regulatory and commercial areas of the business
having held senior management positions in both NATS (En Route) Plc (NERL)
and, most recently, as the Managing Director for NATS (Services) Ltd (NSL).

 

Martin Rolfe, CEO of NATS, commented: "I very much welcome Gary to our
executive management team and look forward to him joining the Board. He brings
great acumen, expertise and broad knowledge of the business, which will
deliver considerable continuity as we progress with our company strategy."

 

Gary Franklin said: "This is a very exciting time for NATS. I look forward to
playing my part in the upcoming regulatory review, driving our airspace
modernisation programme, which has recently been endorsed by the UK Government
appointing NATS to provide a national airspace design service, and also
