Shipping stocks rise as US, Britain strike against Houthis

** U.S. shares of shipping companies rise premarket, as the
U.S. and Britain carried out strikes from the air and sea
against Houthi military targets in Yemen overnight
    ** The attacks were in response to Houthi movement's attacks
on ships in the Red Sea, and are one of the most dramatic
demonstrations to date of the widening of the Israel-Hamas war
since it erupted in October
    ** Nordic American Tankers  NAT.N  gains 5.3%, DHT Holdings
 DHT.N  rises 2.7%, Golden Ocean Group  GOGL.O  up 3.7%
    ** U.S.-listed shares of Zim Integrated Shipping Services
 ZIM.N  adds 4.6%
    ** SonicShares Global Shipping ETF  BOAT.P , which tracks
the water transportation industry, has climbed 12.1% over the
past 12 months
