U.S. stock index futures were muted on Friday as investors were cautious ahead
of earnings reports from the country's biggest banks that are expected to shed
light on the health of corporate America.  .N 
    
    At 7:01 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.47% at 37,747. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.30% at 4,801, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.41%
at 16,896.
