    * Completed private placement  
    * Has resolved on private placement of 4,991,184 shares at a subscription price of 3.00 
Norwegian crowns per offer share 
    * Authorisation to issue new shares granted on November 29, 2016  
    * Total number of shares in company following private placement will be 40,882,141, each of 
par value 1.00 crown 
    * Will use  proceeds to, among others, finance further growth via acquisitions of new solar 
parks
