Brief: Aega ASA contemplates private placement

Dec 7 (Reuters) - Contemplated Private Placement  AEGA.OL : 
    * Contemplating private placement of new shares with 
proceeds of minimum 25 million Norwegian crowns ($3.0 million) 
and maximum 40 million crowns 
    * Subscription price in the private placement is set at 3.00 
per crowns share 
    * Application period commences today on Dec. 7 2016 and will 
close on Dec. 16 2016 at 16:30 hours CET 
    * Has engaged Sparebank 1 Markets and Pionor Kapital to act 
as joint managers and book runners to assist Aega in the private 
placement 
    * Private placement will be directed towards existing 
shareholders and norwegian and international investors 
    * Will use proceeds to finance, among others,  further 
growth via acquisitions of new solar parks, to cover additional 
liabilities to be assumed via contemplated transaction with Aega 
Solar
