Nordic Unmanned plummets to record low after discounted private placement

** Nordic Unmanned  NUMND.OL  drops 45% to an all-time low
following a private placement at a price of NOK 6 per share
    ** The price represents a 47.4% discount to Wednesday's
closing price of NOK 11.4
    ** The company allocated 11,666,666 new shares and raised
gross NOK 70 million 
    ** The Norwegian provider of unmanned systems and services
said it will also consider a subsequent repair offering with
gross proceeds of NOK 70 million
    ** The stock is down 80.66% YTD
