** Shares of dispensing equipment maker Nordson NDSN.O  rise 5% to nearly $250 in morning trading

** Co on Wednesday projected its 2026 profit above Wall Street estimates, fueled by robust demand for its advanced technology products

** NDSN expects FY26 adj. profit of $10.80-$11.50 per share, with the midpoint topping analysts' estimate of $11.08, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co expects 2026 sales of $2.83 bln-$2.95 bln, compared with analysts' forecast of $2.93 bln

** Nordson posted Q4 adj. earnings of $3.03/share, beating estimates of $2.93/share

** Its total quarterly sales were $751.8 mln, below estimates of $761.5 mln

** Including session's move, shares were up 19.3% YTD
