("Norman Broadbent", the "Company" or the "Group")

AGM Statement

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim Management
firm, is holding its Annual General Meeting later this morning. At the
meeting, its Chairman, Peter Searle, will make the following statement:

"Since announcing its record Q1 2025 Trading Update and FY 2024 Final Results
on 2 April 2025, the Company has continued to perform very well, with trading
to date in Q2 2025 being materially ahead of the equivalent period last year.
This performance reflects the Company's ongoing discipline and agility in
navigating challenging market conditions, underpinned by a strong and focused
team and increased contribution from recent joiners.

At the end of April 2025, the Company significantly strengthened its financial
position by repaying its outstanding £96k CBILs loan. Following this
repayment, the Company's only borrowing is its invoice discounting facility.

Norman Broadbent remains focused on delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
As part of this strategy, it continues to invest selectively to broaden its
capabilities and support international expansion where opportunities arise.
Earlier this month, it made its first overseas hire to support continuing
growth across the Gulf Region, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. In
addition, the Company continues to explore inorganic growth options.

While the pace of its progress will continue to be influenced by wider macro
and market conditions, the Company remains well positioned to further advance
its commercial and strategic objectives throughout the remainder of the year
and beyond."
