Change of Auditor

Norman Broadbent (LSE AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim
Management firm, announces that following the conclusion of a formal tender
process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has approved the
appointment of Cooper Parry Group Limited ("Cooper Parry") as the Company's
new auditor. Cooper Parry will conduct the audit of the Company's financial
statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and a proposal to
reappoint them as auditor of the Company will be subject to the approval of
shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

 

Following the outcome of the formal tender process, Kreston Reeves LLP
("Kreston Reeves"), the outgoing auditor, has resigned and has confirmed that
there are no issues that need to be brought to the attention of the Company's
members or creditors under section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.

 

The Board would like to thank Kreston Reeves for its professional service to
the Company throughout its tenure in office.
