 Director/PDMR shareholding

 Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim
 Management firm, announces that it has been notified that earlier today,
 Devyani Vaishampayan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased
 85,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.75p per share.

 Following this purchase, Devyani Vaishampayan is beneficially interested in
 85,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.13 per cent. of the
 Company's issued share capital.
