Directorate Change

Norman Broadbent (LSE AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim
Management firm, announces that Devyani Vaishampayan, independent
non-executive director, has notified the Company of her intention to step down
from the Board with effect from 5 March 2026, to focus on her other business
commitments.

 

Peter Searle, Non-Executive Chair, commented: "We would like to thank Devyani
for her service to the Company over her four year period on the Board and we
wish her every success in her future endeavours. She leaves Norman Broadbent
as a business well positioned to capitalise on the growth opportunities
present in our market."

 

Devyani Vaishampayan commented: "I have enjoyed supporting the growth and
transformation of Norman Broadbent plc and wish them every success going
forward."

 

The Board will look to appoint a replacement independent non-executive
director in due course.  Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
