Q3 2025 TRADING UPDATE

 

Strong Momentum Continues through Q3 2025

 

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim
Management firm, announces a trading update for the third quarter ended 30
September 2025 ("Q3").

 

Highlights

 

·      Q3 NFI of £2.9m, up 26% on Q3 2024 (£2.3m)

·      Year to date NFI of £8.9m, up 31% on 2024 (£6.8m)

 

Kevin Davidson, CEO of Norman Broadbent, said:

 

"I am delighted to report that, despite persistent market challenges, the very
positive trading performance demonstrated over the past year has continued
through the third quarter, with NFI of £2.9m maintaining a healthy run-rate.
Furthermore, new project awards have held up over the summer trading months
and the value of future contracted revenue at the beginning of Q4 was in line
with the position at the start of Q3. This provides great momentum for us as
we push to deliver a strong close to the year.

 

We continue to look to the future with considerable optimism. With the
business turnaround complete and our improved financial position, we have
created a much stronger platform to fuel the next stage of growth for the
company. Central to our growth plan is disciplined investment in headcount to
achieve a fundamental change in the scale of our business over the medium-term
through self-funded organic growth.  In addition, we will continue to explore
inorganic growth options to accelerate the journey where it makes strategic
and financial sense to do so."
