Sept 8 (Reuters) - North Energy ASA  NORTH.OL : 
    * Anders Onarheim, chairman has purchased 2.4 million shares at 1.6 Norwegian crown per 
share via his fully owned company AB Investment AS 
    * Total number of shares beneficially owned by Onarheim after transaction is 15.6 million 
which equals 13.12 percent ownership in North Energy 
    * Didrik Leikvang, financial advisor to North Energy and primary insider, has purchased 2.4 
million shares at 1.6 crown per share via his fully owned company Isfjorden AS 
    * Total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after transaction is 4.7 million 
which equals 3.96 percent ownership in North Energy 
    * Rachid Bendriss, financial advisor to North Energy and primary insider, has purchased 2.4 
million shares at 1.6 crown per share via his fully owned company Celisa Capital AS 
    * Total number of shares beneficially owned by Bendriss after transaction is 6.2 million 
which equals 5.19 percent ownership in North Energy
