shares at NOK 1.70 per share via fully owned company AB investment 
    * North Energy - total number of shares beneficially owned by Onarheim after transaction is 
18.4 million, which equals 15.43 percent ownership in North Energy 
    * North Energy - Rachid Bendriss, financial advisor to co, purchased 14,757 shares at NOK 
1.70 per share via his fully owned company Celisa Capital 
    * North Energy - Didrik Leikvang, financial advisor to co, has purchased 14,757 shares at 
NOK 1.70 per share via his fully owned company Isfjorden
