Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Graham Jennings, a former director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 January 2021, such that his current holding in the Company is 874,569 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.69 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
