Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Graham Jennings, a former director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 November 2020, such that his current holding in the Company is 1,026,260 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.50 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
