Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Nicholas Beaumont-Dark has acquired 413,569 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that Mr Beaumont-Dark now holds 2,326,568 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 12.46 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
