Notification of Holdings

 

Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was informed on 17 September 2022 that, following an
increase in his holding of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), Mr Nicholas Beaumont-Dark now holds 3,006,500 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 16.06 per cent. of the Company's currently
issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
