** Northland starts coverage of eco-friendly product and
service maker's shares  NTIC.O  with "outperform"
    ** Brokerage says consumer attitude towards single-use
plastic is driving demand for compostable plastic that NTIC is a
major supplier of, sets PT of $16
    ** "Regulations on single-use plastic are tightening and
companies are looking for eco-friendly solutions," brokerage
says adding regulatory changes in Europe will also drive demand
    ** NTIC flat in morning trade 
    ** Stock fell ~23% YTD after gaining ~20% in 2018
