rise as much as 4%, last up 1.1% at $7.88
    ** NFBK late Friday said it had approved a new $10 mln stock
repurchase program
    ** Co anticipates conducting such repurchases beginning on
Tuesday 
    ** NFBK has 44.3 mln outstanding shares and $345.4 mln
market capitalization - LSEG data
    ** Last Monday, NFBK shares hit a 15-year low after S&P Dow
Jones Indices said the bank will be removed from S&P SmallCap
600 index  .SPCY 
    ** As of last close, NFBK shares were down 38.1% YTD
