to A$0.040, their highest level since Feb 23
    ** The telecom firm says it has entered into a group master
supply agreement with Singapore Telecommunications  STEL.SI  
    ** Says deal to complete a proof of concept using co's
CogVoice platform to demonstrate voicemail capabilities 
    ** Shares post their biggest intraday pct gain since July 7 
    ** NOR stock up 50.5% YTD, as of last close
