Result of AGM

 

Paris, France, and Manchester, UK - 20 June 2025 - Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT
GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international molecular diagnostics company with
a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services, announces the
results of voting on the resolutions at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'),
held yesterday, as set out in the Notice of AGM.

 

All Ordinary Resolutions presented at the Ordinary General Meeting were passed
and Resolutions 10, 11, 15, 20, 22 and 24 were passed from the Extraordinary

Lyn Rees, CEO of Novacyt, said: "Yesterday's vote marks a positive step
