Paris, France, and Manchester, UK - 2 March 2026 - Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), the international molecular diagnostics company with a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services, announces that further to the notification of 23 February 2026 the acquisition of Southern Cross Diagnostics Pty Ltd by is wholly owned subsidiary, Novacyt Holdings UK Limited, has now completed.

 

Further details regarding a Preferential Subscription Rights issue will be announced immediately following this announcement.
