Paris, France, and Manchester, UK - 16 June 2025 - Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international molecular diagnostics company with a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2024 has been published and uploaded to the Company's website.

 

The Annual Report will be posted to all shareholders that hold ordinary shares through CREST Depository Interests (CDIs).

· Pharmaceutical research services: whole genome sequencing (WGS) / whole exome sequencing (WES)
