Paris, France and Camberley, UK - 15 February 2022 - Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT
GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international specialist in clinical
diagnostics, announces that it was notified by Biosynex SA ("Biosynex") on 14
February 2022 that, as at 10 February 2022, Biosynex's holding in the Company
on a voting and capital basis is 3.0012% (2,119,627 shares).
