Result of AGM

 

Paris, France, and Eastleigh and Manchester, UK - 18 July 2024 - Novacyt S.A.
(EURONEXT GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international molecular diagnostics
company with a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services,
announces that all resolutions proposed at the ordinary general meeting part
of the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM), held today, were duly passed.

 

As part of the AGM, the Company also met today to hold an extraordinary
general meeting. The meeting was not deemed quorate due to the minimum number
of voting rights under French company law not being present or represented at
the meeting. Consequently, the meeting did not take place.

 

Following the AGM, Steve Gibson and Joanne Mason have now formally joined the
Novacyt Board, as Executive Directors.

 

The results of the AGM voting will be made available on the Company's website.
